We continued to work on our Pair project in October. By the second month of the school year we were also well into our bugs, soils and fast plant projects. We were enjoying our second class video conference and took the camers out back to show our project to the japanese students. My students continued to dig in the hard ground and we made some slow progress with the hole in the ground. Our stock tank was breeding a bumper crop of mosquito larvea, so I purchased two dozen of those hungry fish that love to eat those little wigglers. In no time we had some successful biological control to observe. Several of the football sized seniors came up and offered to do some digging after the season was over in order to earn credit for their senior projects. That was a welcome bridge for the continuation HS image.
