Wed., March 22: In the morning we visited Schoolcraft College and toured the culinary school. This was incredible! Here is yet another local attraction that I have never visited. It was amazing to see how completed running a food business is. I never realized the level of research, planning, and preparation that went into it. Someone has to prepare the shopping list and order the food. This varies per month depending on what food is in season in various countries around the world. The supply, demand, quality, etc. all have to be factored in.
After school we observed a communication session with Amerman and their partner school. It was interesting. Dinner tonight was at a local place and featured the all American burger. Attach file:  AmermanCommunication.jpg (196.26 KB)
