I have much to write about and pictures to add. However, our apartment has no internet connection. Rick and Shaun are investrigating getting it into our apartment. As it is now, I am using internet at Koji's house. Time is short here due to Father's Day. Will add more if I have time later.

I gave my speech today and got a round of applause. I don't think one can master a language in just a few weeks, but I know I'm close to perfection...
Matsuyama is in the middle of the rainy season, but you'd never know it. We are experiencing California weather. Yesterday I walked my legs off, while Saturday Kiwame and I saw the sights by car. If shopping were a sport, they could hold the Olympics here. My cube doesn't have internet, so I plan to keep the computer here at school. I should probably get a phone book to sit on or figure out how to raise this chair. Typing on a desktop is difficult when it feels like I'm sitting on the floor. My e-mail somehow isn't working and I anxiously await news from home. That'll have to wait till I can view my site. Cheers for now, Jim
