Hi All,
It occurred to me that the photos in my final report did not post. I will find time to figure that problem out in the future, but for now I think an explanation of the lessons I designed for students at Nanakuni Elementary is in order. One lesson inspired by the work of Eric Carle was designed for first and second (and some thirds) while a science lesson based on the book Leaf Man by Lois Elert was the inspiration for the third through fifth grade lesson. I will post details of each lesson in the near future, but for now these photos will be a good start. (It occured to me that I have already posted the details in my exit report from Japan this summer. Visit the forum and enjoy!)
