Every morning, I see a lot of teachers playing sports such as baseball, soccer, or basketball, with students at Shotoku Gakuen Elementary School playground. I am surprised to find out that it is voluntary for teachers. Since this is voluntary, teachers interested in engaging sports with the students come to school extra early to participate in those early activities. I see them playing very hard even in the rain!
Another discovery involves a group of students and a sensei monitoring the daily weather pattern. They all seem serious and enthusiastic about their tasks. I so enjoy finding such small treasures at Schotoku Gakuen Elementary School -- everyday.
Such dedicated senseis!
