Looks like the kids are really getting in to it. In my Kokura neighborhood it seems like there are groups practicing every two or three blocks. One group practices just outside my mansion, so I get a lovely drum seranade every evening until 21:30. There is a festival in Kokura and another one in Tobata just shortly after I leave.
