On Wednesday, April 12 Hiroshima Kogo ES and Persell MS were able to connect via Skype. We were so excited to see and speak to one another!
Hiro and Joko were finishing up a long day of work just as I was preparing for my long day of work. Seemed so strange for me to say goodnight to them, while they said good morning to me! Several teachers at Kogo hopped in front of the camera and said 'hello'. What a wonderful feeling to know I will be working with such a great staff. We look forward to video conferencing again (before June) with students on both ends. What a fantastic opportunity! I didn't have my camera the morning we tested - too early to think about that!
